You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched with information on delivery when your order has been given to the courier.

The time frame for delivery is calculated from the time your order is dispatched, not from the time your order was placed.

Please note that an adult signature is required at delivery.

Your order will be shipped from our American boutiques. We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the United States*. Kindly note that the courier for your location is UPS.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

All our Made to Order products will be shipped by the estimated date indicated on the order confirmation.
