Extended return policy

We are pleased to extend our return period. All orders placed from November 28th can be returned within January 15th.

Shipping information

Due to the New Year's holidays, we will only be shipping orders within Japan until December 24th (Tuesday). Orders placed after December 24th will be processed sequentially from January 6th (Monday).

Regarding email inquiries, we will respond to emails sent whithin December 26th (Thursday) by the end of the year; for emails received between December 27th (Friday) and January 5th (Sunday), we will respond from January 6th.

In order to receive your Gianvito Rossi products on time for Christmas Eve, we invite you to refer to the following cut-off dates:
