GIANVITO 105 — GIANVITO 105

“The Gianvito pump is what I consider my essential style: the foundation of my aesthetic”

Created in 2008, Gianvito 105 is considered “the archetype”, the result of the years Gianvito Rossi spent studying the “perfect shoe”. Once reached the formula for the best shape, Gianvito gave his own name to this exclusive style embodying his mantra: simplicity is elegance. A finely cut, straight stiletto heel sits at a perfect 105mm height providing a base model for the entire Signatures collection.

PORTOFINO — PORTOFINO

"Portofino is the modern interpretation of a simple sandal, with a stronger and renewed proportion”

Portofino, the ultimate Italian sense of aesthetic. The idea came in 2014, during a weekend Gianvito Rossi spent in the namesake city, jet-set destination and symbol of the most sophisticated Italian lifestyle. The sandal features a simple thin strap over the toes and around the ankle, where the high back and matching round buckle enhance the minimalism of its purely essential lines.

JAIPUR PUMP — JAIPUR PUMP

“I love using my design to give shape to fantasies and imagination”

Focus of Jaipur is the emerald cut maxi gemstone, impeccably placed on the iconic Gianvito pump. This signature style was created in 2022 and envisioned by Gianvito Rossi himself when thinking about his next trip to India and dreaming of that faraway land and its treasures. The tour never happened due to the Covid pandemic, but Gianvito romanced and played with the idea of the Maharajah’s jewellery back in time to create an extraordinary jewel women would love to wear.

BIJOUX — BIJOUX

“Bijoux is a sandal inspired by new dimensions: its shape suggests new perspectives”

Quintessentially glamorous, Bijoux is the signature style created in 2021 to redefine the classic stiletto sandal. Gianvito Rossi merged inspirations coming from African jewels with contemporary art's lines and volumes. Expanding graciously into a 3D imaginary, Bijoux's unexpected geometry challenges proportions: the two round-shaped straps, elegantly enwrapping the foot, are perfectly balanced with the sinuous allure of the pin thin stiletto heel and the utilitarian purpose of the zip at the back of the heel.

MONTECARLO — MONTECARLO

“I loved combining the delicate crystal detail and lacing up with an edgy modern shape”

The Montecarlo sandal was created by Gianvito Rossi in 2019, while thinking of the allure and sophistication of a social evening in Cote D’Azur: from Montecarlo to Antibes and La Croisette in Cannes. Observing women’s looks, Gianvito realized the need of a truly glamourous yet modern evening shoe. So came the idea of this pointed-toe stiletto sandal whose thin straps are embellished with tiny precious crystals.

ELLE — ELLE

“Simplicity capable to celebrate a sharp femininity”

A minimalist stiletto style with a see-through Plexi upper, the signature Elle mule makes the sharp pointed toe its distinctive detail: it was developed for the first time by Gianvito Rossi in 2018. One year later, in 2019, the Elle was born. Its radical minimalism, combined with the innovatively light see-through material, completely transforms the perception of the leg’s length.

A round-toe stiletto sandal with a front all-in-one strap in soft Plexi: Metropolis combines craftmanship and contemporary innovation. Inspired by Futurism, one of his greatest passions, Gianvito Rossi created this signature style in 2019. Just like the artistic current emphasized dynamism and speed, so shoes are conceived by Gianvito as objects living in movement: Metropolis reminds Boccioni’s famous sculpture Unique Forms of Continuity in Space, combined with the feminine elegance of the Nike of Samothrace.

Fine expression of romanticism and impeccable result of Gianvito Rossi’s savoir faire: Rania is the signature pump designed for women who want to be protagonists of their own life. Set on a 10,5cm stiletto heel, this style is crafted from see-through organza silk and finished with suede trims. Each pair is finely embellished with 4500 dazzling crystals: a dreamy shoe to experience the incomparable magic of the wedding day.

HANSEN — HANSEN

“The softest leather embracing the leg, which is finely enhanced by the stiletto heel”

Glorifying luxury leather is the simple yet challenging ambition of Hansen, the signature style created by Gianvito Rossi in 2019. Thanks to the incredible quality of the material itself, as well as the slightly loose fit around the leg, this boot makes its precious leather appear even softer, like cashmere or silk. The pointed toe and sleek stiletto heel enhance its naturally ruffled silhouette.

PLEXI — PLEXI

“A shoe aiming at gifting infinite legs to women”

Turning the Gianvito pump into an even simpler style, to extend the leg to the infinite: this was Gianvito Rossi's starting point back in 2013, when he created Plexi. Like in contemporary architecture, this pointed toe stiletto style is a balanced game of different materials and weights, such as clear PVC and patent leather. Simple elements transforming the perception of the leg’s length.

VAMP — VAMP

“The bootie’s strength combined with the pump’s sensuality”

Unique in its own cut, Vamp merges an important lateral presence and a deep front cut. Gianvito Rossi conceived Vamp as a sandal freed from a boot’s shape, just like the sculptor Michelangelo “freed” his subjects from marble blocks back in time. Created in 2012, this style has the grit and strength of Joan of Arc, as well as the sensual soul of a confident woman.

LEVY — LEVY

“The sensuality of flawless lines living on a modern silhouette”

Gianvito Rossi’s clean approach merges sensuality with modern essential lines inspired by the tulip, the most
linear and beautiful flower. Created in 2017, Levy is a pointed toe stiletto bootie with a sharp yet extraordinarily feminine design, tempered by the sinuous border.
