Returns and exchanges

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM

If the purchased Product is of an undesired size, fit, or color, you can request an exchange for one of a different size, fit, or color.

Exchanges can be made within 14 days from the delivery date. To exchange your item, send it via courier to the address indicated on the return label that you will find inside the package or that can be downloaded from your personal area. If you placed an order as a guest user, please click on "Track your order" (link) from the footer and enter your order number and email. Products returned for exchange must meet the following conditions:

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags intact.
  • Products that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
  • Footwear returned without a box, in a damaged box, with soles showing obvious signs of wear, or with missing components (such as the protective dust bag) may not be accepted: they will be returned to the delivery address used in the original order.
  • Exchanges are not available for personalized and Made to Order items. The sale of these products is final.
  • Exchanges on gianvitorossi.com are not available for products purchased from a Gianvito Rossi store, retailer, or distributor.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may withdraw within 14 days of receipt of your order.

You can return items by choosing one of the following options and following the simple step:

Request support from Gianvito Rossi Customer Care by email at customercare@gianvitorossi.com or on the website by clicking on the link "Contact Us", selecting "Return and Refund" as the subject and indicating the product and the order number. Then proceed with the return according to the instructions provided by Customer Care. If you choose to use our courier service for the shipment, the cost of the service will not be charged. Kindly note that the courier for your location is Yamato.

Make sure you return the items in their original packaging: the items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all parts, as new, with labels and tags still attached.

Our warehouse staff will check all returned items to ensure that they are in perfect condition. You will be charged for any loss of value of the item and will receive a refund of the remaining amount.

When our warehouse receives the returned items, we will issue the refund under the terms set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale using the same means of payment used to make the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.) or by bank transfer. Refunds of orders paid for by cash on delivery will be made by bank transfer.

You cannot return any items bought in store or from a Gianvito Rossi retailer or distributor on gianvitorossi.com. These items may only be returned via the channel through which they were purchased.

We would like to inform you that we do not currently handle size or item exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or product, we kindly invite you to place a new order. Returns for refunds are accepted in accordance with our return policy.

 

SELLER'S LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY - RETURN OF DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the event of defects and/or non-conformity, you shall have the right to obtain product conformity through repair or replacement, or alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by Article 130 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.

If you detect one of these defects, please contact Customer Care by clicking on the "Contact us" link in the "Customer Care" section of the website, stating "Damaged product" or "Non-conforming" and the reason for your request.

Once you have completed the procedure, you will receive a confirmation email containing instructions on how to proceed. Authorisation to return the product does not in any way constitute acceptance of non-conformity and/or recognition of the defect, the existence of which must be verified by us after the return. We reserve the right to refund/repair defective products after having carried out all quality checks to assess the actual non-conformities.

If the non-conformity of the product is confirmed and a refund is requested, the refund will be made through the same means of payment used to make the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.) or by bank transfer.
