The Maison founded by Gianvito Rossi in 2006 has carried forward a family tradition deeply rooted in the quintessence of true Italian luxury, interpreting it through a modern and elegant aesthetic sensibility. An heritage that evolves over time, embracing innovation and the constant pursuit of perfection.
“I am always in pursuit of perfection, playing with shapes and proportions to create the perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality in every shoe. This is what determines whether a shoe is truly made for the pleasure of the person wearing it.” - Gianvito Rossi

SINCE 2006, A LANGUAGE IN EVOLUTION
Over the years, Gianvito Rossi’s vision of luxury has evolved through a continuous exploration of new forms of expression. Crystals and precious details meet increasingly sophisticated proportions, while innovation takes shape through striking techniques, such as laser-cut leather that creates sculptural effects. An evolution that expands the Maison’s creative language while remaining rooted in exceptional craftsmanship.
A LEGACY LOOKING TO THE FUTURE
Rooted in a family heritage and a deep tradition of Italian savoir-faire, Gianvito Rossi evolves through a contemporary vision of elegance. An identity shaped over time, where the memory of its origins meets research, innovation and an ever-current aesthetic sensibility, in a continuous dialogue between past, present and future.
CRAFTSMANSHIP, PASSED DOWN THROUGH GENERATIONS
Each style is born from exceptional savoir-faire, where every step defines its excellence.
To celebrate the 20th anniversary, the Maison presents Gianvito Rossi. My Shoes, the new volume published by Rizzoli. Curated by Pierre Léonforte, with a preface by Carine Roitfeld and an introduction by Gianvito Rossi, the book retraces twenty years of creativity, craftsmanship and design through the iconic silhouettes that have defined the Maison’s identity.
“I have always sought to enhance the feminine silhouette in the most natural way possible. Woman is the masterpiece; the shoe is the frame that accentuates her beauty.”
