Shipping & Delivery

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 6:00 pm CET (with the exception of Italian public holidays).

If you choose the Express Shipping option, you must place the order by 2pm CET on a business day for the order to ship the same day (with the exception of Italian public holidays).

As soon as we have shipped the order, you will receive an email stating the FedEx tracking number. You may click the link provided in that email or you can go to www.FedEx.com and type in your tracking number.

Signature is required upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Gianvito Rossi does not offer shipping to countries outside Europe. If you wish to place your order with us and have it delivered to an international address, please contact us at customercare@gianvitorossi.com

 

YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
We only ship to the address specified on Paypal for orders paid with Paypal payment method. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure address specified at Paypal checkout is the correct address to ship to.  We are not responsible for any lost packages that are caused by an incorrect shipping address provided on the invoice. Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes immediately to avoid any complications or delays with your order.
