EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Making a return is easy. Try your shoes in the comfort of your home and if you need to send them back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.
We will collect from your home, work or an alternative address for free.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with the outsoles unmarked and it perfect conditions. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
Simply ask for a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, book a complimentary collection and send your items back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
1. Sign into your account and under My Orders, select the order number containing the items you would like to return.
2. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and get its express prior authorization before returning products. Once your return authorization is accepted by Gianvito Rossi Customer Service, you will receive by email a free FedEx label to use for your return. If you'd like to exchange an item because the fit isn't right, specify the replacement size.
3. . Place the FedEx return shipping label on the container’s most visible side away from seams. Prepare your package with care: use an appropriate container, and if reusing packaging please remove or black out old shipping labels including their barcode(s).
4. Ship your package either by:
- Calling FedEx Customer Service to schedule a return package pick-up. You don’t need a FedEx account number, but you do need to specify that you are requesting a pick-up for a return shipment.
- Dropping off return packages at a convenient FedEx location.
You can use your own return service but you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Furthermore, you will solely and exclusively bear any and all risks associated with the return shipping and we will not be liable for the loss, destruction, damage, misdirected or delayed shipment of any returned products. RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Please allow 2-10 business days for your refund to reflect on your account as this depends on how fast your bank processes refunds
Our boutiques cannot accept returns for online purchases. Please contact Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
